  • Standard credit, income, and asset guidelines apply

    Non-QM Products

    • 30-year terms and less

    • Most property types are eligible

    • With qualifying credit, purchase an investment property with no income verification

    • Allows for purchases of up to 10 properties solely based on debt service

    • Close with the property held in an LLC
